Every writer leaves a digital trail of Google searches that range from the ridiculous to the downright scary. Today, I'm sharing some of those searches with you! Here are some of the questions I googled while writing Hunted.
Q: "What animal has the same size heart as a human?"
A: A pig (I should have known this)
Q: "Nonfatal places to shoot an animal"
A: Unclear (I decided the haunch was a safe bet)
Q: "What fruit trees bloom in June?"
A: I used elder for my story
Q: "Did people used to die from the measles?"
A: Yes (R.I.P. Princess Moira)
Q: "Herbs that have magickal reputations"
A: I went with Angelica root
Q: "Do faeries have souls?"
A: No (this required some minor rewriting)
